Greetings Families of GCMS Middle School Students. Each year at the Middle School we have dozens of flower arrangements, candy arrangements, stuffed animals and other wonderful gestures from parents to kids for Valentine’s Day. It is wonderful to see everyone publicly express their love and appreciation for their students.
This year Valentine’s Day falls in the middle of a long weekend, following a shortened day. Because of this we are asking that those wonderful expressions of love to your kids be done at home! Friday is an abbreviated schedule and students will be leaving the building at 11:30. Due to this early departure any deliveries that may occur after 11:15 will not be delivered until the following Tuesday to students. Out of respect for our shortened instructional time and your hard earned money that may go towards these items we ask that no deliveries come to the school on Friday the 12th.
