Remember to bring a donation to add to the collection boxes for the Military stationed in Afghanistan, and the paper and food items for the Food Pantry.
Mrs. Nuss is still looking for a few volunteers to help out at the Elementary School Family Night on Thursday from 5:45 to 7:15. Please stop by to see Mrs. Nuss if you can help!
There is a signup sheet in the office for a fan bus for Saturday’s football game. The cost to ride is $5.00 which includes admission to the game.
The Variety Show is Friday beginning at 7:00 p.m. Admission is $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for students. Come and support your friends.
FCA will meet Friday morning at 7:30 in Mr. Ertel’s room. All students are welcome.
Tobacco use is the leading preventable cause of death in the United States. It is known for causing cancer particularly lung cancer and can lead to early death from heart disease. According to the CDC, cigarette smoking has caused an average of 480,000 premature deaths each year. This is equal to 1 in every 5 deaths and 1,300 deaths each day. Project Ignition will be having a Red Ribbon Week trivia contest today during Advisory. Questions will be read after announcements. Prizes will be given to the first advisory to send Mr.Hambleton the correct answer.
