Girls open gym will be today and Tuesday from 3:30 until 5:00 at the elementary school. Boys will have open gym today and Wednesday after school until 5 in the gym.
A voluntary ACT exam will be offered at GCMS on November 13th. This is an opportunity for any freshman, sophomore or junior to get firsthand experience and receive valuable feedback. Interested students should sign up at the Guidance Office before November 6.
Attention seniors: please remember to turn your questionnaire form for the Courier into the office. If you need a form, they are located outside the principal’s office.
Last week all 9th through 11th grade students received the results of their EXPLORE, PLAN and ACT tests. If you would like to see a copy of the test so you can reflect on exactly which questions you got wrong, please see Mr. McDevitt or Mrs. Nuss sometime soon.
Playoff shirts are in and may be picked up from Miss Riley before or after school. Additional playoff shirts may be ordered by 3 p.m. Tuesday. Order forms are outside the office.
Representatives from Milliken and Monmouth will be at GCMS this week. Juniors and seniors can pick up a pass at the Guidance Office.
Seniors please get your baby pictures and quotes to Grace O’Brien by next Monday.
Coach Carter will have a wrestling informational meeting Tuesday during advisory in his room for anyone interested in wrestling this year.
Student Council will meet in Miss Riley’s room Tuesday during advisory. Anyone interested in being a part of student council is welcome.
