Purchase gift cards for your favorite places through the SCRIP program. Use the attached form to order what you need. GCMS benefits by receiving a percentage of every gift card purchased.

How to order:
- Use the attached order form to select the gift cards you would like to purchase.
- Send the order form and your payment (check ade payable to GCMS PACT) to school in an envelope labeled “GCMS PACT”. Order forms and payment are due to the GCMS Elementary School Office by 3:00 pm on Tuesday, December 1, 2015.
- Gift cards will be available the following week. (Those who order will receive details regarding picking up and/or delivery times.)
