Two GCMS High School students have been selected for the ILMEA All State Choirs.  The audition process for these choirs is very difficult, and selection for these ensembles is one of the highest honors a music student can receive.  This year, Darrin Brown was selected for the All State Honors Choir, and Shannon Spangler was selected for the All State Choir.  They will have all-day rehearsals on January 25-26, and perform in concerts on the 27th.  If anyone is interested in attending these concerts, they will be held on January 27th at Carver Arena in the Peoria Civic Center, beginning at 1:00 pm (All State ensembles) and 3:15 (All State Honor ensembles).
